La Padrona in The Hub is a glamorous new Italian spot inside Boston's Raffles Hotel, led by Chef Amarilys Còlon and two-time James Beard Award winner Jody Adams. The menu blends regional Italian flavors with local New England ingredients, like burnt wheat rigatoni with Barnstable clams or Piemontese-style beef tenderloin with porcinis from Joyberry Farms. The space features a reservations-only upstairs floor with a crystal chandelier and a Mediterranean-inspired downstairs bar and lounge, each nook offering a chic, inviting atmosphere you won’t want to leave.
